Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my order take?
Please refer to our Shipping Information page.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all our TinyBellies™ orders come with tracking. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your order tracking number and website once the order has been dispatched. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder as emails can sometimes get received there.
I never received an order/shipment confirmation email. Can you help me out? Sure! First, please search your email inbox for an email from 'TinyBellies'. If you don't see one, it may have been flagged as spam, or perhaps you entered your email incorrectly when you made your purchase. (Typos happen!) Please don’t hesitate to email us at sales@tinybelliesco.com
If you have not received a tracking number or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries! Contact us at sales@tinybelliesco.com and we'll solve it!
Are the pouches re-usable? How do I clean the pouches?
Yes, you can re-use the pouches up to 2-3 times or single use. Rinse the pouches with warm water until all residue it out ready to fill the pouch with the next meal.
Could you use a different brand of pouch to put the food into? One that could be reusable?
No. Our squeeze pouches are specifically designed and tested to work with our TinyBellies™ baby food squeezer station.
When pressing the tube down, food comes back up at times?
Yes this can happen, however the best thing to do is to press your food, detach the tube from the pouch, with the press still down, close the pouch with the cap and then pull the press out of the now detached tube.
Is the station and tubes suitable to soak in boiling hot water?
No, our product is not suitable to withstand boiling hot temperature as it will damage the quality of the product.
Is there a way to keep track of how long my baby's food has been stored for?
Yes, there’s space on the back of the pouch for any notes where you can write the date, time and any specific ingredients. This is very convenient and the best way to keep track of your child's stored pouches in the fridge or freezer.
How do I go about heating up my baby's pouches?
Fill up a bowl of warm water and simply place the pouch in for a few minutes, this will help warm up the food gently. Remember to always test the temperature before using the heated pouch to feed your child.
What to do if food gets stuck in the press?
Ensure the food is well blended before pouring into the tube, as you will find that if the food isn't well blended, chunks of food will make the resistance a little more difficult to press into the pouch.
